Come to think of it, Sanford Parker is sort of hot shit. He also produced albums from Pelican, Unearthly Trance and Rwake. His focus these days seems to be on Minsk *fart noise*, but for now check out the updated Band of The Week section and enjoy some Buried At Sea!

Band Of The Week - Buried By Sea!!
The only thing enjoyable about it being Monday is that it's time for the new band of the week. This time I give you the uber dooming, sludgey best kept secret, Buried At Sea. It's very hard to find info on these droney fucks, but trust me it's good. They have 1 full length album called Migration which is hard to find (I think its import only), and an EP called Ghost that features just one song of the same name and clocks in around 30 minutes. That's slighlty easier to find. Anyway, the big "How you would know these guys" is that they are led by frontman Sanford Parker, who also fronts Nachtmystium along with two other side bands, Minsk and Behold! The Living Corpse. Nachtmystium still takes the cake, but Buried At Sea is a close second and it's certainly easier to spell.
