Band Of The Week - Seventh Void!

Coming up from the remains of Type O Negative is Johnny Kelly and Kenny Hickey's new band- Seventh Void.   This doesn't mean the end of Type O, though.  Peter Steele is staying sober by hiding away for a bit in the Poconos (I'm not kidding), and in the meantime Johnny and Kenny turned over to Vinnie Paul's record label, Big Vin Records, to release the debut from Seventh Void, Heaven Is Gone.   It sounds different than Type O and although its doomy, seems a little more radio-friendly.  Kenny takes on the task of vocalist, and although he has sung backup before, I gotta say he front just fine.  Check 'em out in this weeks band of the week section.
