GWAR are not after your money

It was so close to being a friday the 13th, but damnit, is a Saturday the 13th instead.   To celebrate the horror of it all, I'll discuss last week's nerd fest at the Fangoria Convention.  It was a fun time of horror movie thingamahbobs, but in the the end these type of things are really just a great way to blow through your money and have very little to show for it.  Tobe Hopper was 40 bucks for a photo with him.  That is just nuts.  I am very proud to say that GWAR represented the rock/metal/puppetry world well by taking photos with fans for free.  If you were so inclined to buy something, then it was only 5 bucks for a signed poster, a group photo shot and a pair off GWAR shot glasses.
