Band Of The Week - Eagle Twin!!

This week we got Eagle Twin as our Band Of The Week.   Although the band just realeased their debut album last week, there is already some buzz going on around them because of the band's ringleader, Gentry Densley. Densley was from the super-bizarre and avante garde-prog-metal-jazz-everything-else band, Iceburn, from 1991-2001.  

Eagle Twin on are Southern Lord- which means they are drone metal.  Densley doesn't sing much, but when he does use his voice it's more like an instrument for sound rather than for lyrical purposes.   Since these guys are fairly new, I was able to find much of their music online, but the best would be to go straight over to their myspace page to check them out.
