THOUGHTS: I have to add, that although it's not metal Jack White's latest band, The Dead Weather, are releasing their debut album today, and just like everything he does- it is good.
Otherwise, Suffocation's album is good if you are already a Suffocation fan (nothing new here). Conversely, I was never a big DevilDriver fan and what I have heard from this new one is pretty damn good and HEAVY. Destroyer 666 and Anaal Nathrakh are good thrashy-black-doom-whatever. And bands like Riverside and Arsonists Get All The Girls (barf) will do ok with the high school crowds.

Priest is incredible live, and its about time they put out another Live DVD. Really awesome stuff. I don't think I need to ever hear "Another Thing Comin'" live again, but honestly I could hear Painkiller everyday and not get sick of it. Here's a clip from the DVD:
