Band Of The Week - Triptykon!!

Triptykon are the new band from Celtic Frost’s ashes- aka Tom Gabriel Warrior Fischer's new band.  Tom writes, plays guitar and sings all the material.  What happed as that after Celtic Frost released Monotheist in 2007, the whole band shot to shit and fell apart.

Since Tommy boy can't help but make music, he joined up with Swiss underground bassist Vanja Slajh who he's worked with in the past and V Santura of German black metal group Dark Fortress and progressive metal project Noneuclid, and German drummer Norman Lonhard. 

Triptykon's first album, scheduled for release in early 2010.  Right now the band is so new that its nearly impossible to find any music online.  You here a few tracks on their personal myspace page, though, HERE.
