Dave Ellifson back with Megadeth

It seems like it's old news already that Dave Ellifson is back with Megadeth for the upcoming rest in peice tour.  I have no idea what this means for current bassist James LoMenzo, but something tells me he didnt have much say in the matter.  Dave E. and Dave M. have had such a public history of lawsuits and trash talking, that my only thought here is $$$$.  That doesnt bother my in the least, since I just want to see this tour happen.
Anyway, MegaDave released a comment on his website giving a little bit of heads up what to expect exactly for the tour.  I love being cynical, but seriously sounds awesome:

"Just so you know, we are playing 10 songs from over our 25-plus-year careers, as well as all nine songs off of 'Rust In Peace'.

"We are playing:
