Daily Dio - day 6

Well, I just heard that those ass-clowns known as the "God Hates Fags" gang or whatever they call themselves, are protesting at Dio's memorial service next weekend.  This is the same group that protests at fallen American soldiers funerals, so in that light you could see it as ranking him up there with other true heros.  You can read about those jokesters here but honestly they are literally insane and dont really deserve to even be recognize.  Completely opposite of them is Wendy Dio who left them this tasteful response on Dio's official website.

Ronnie hates prejudice and violence! We need to turn the other cheek on these people that only know how to hate someone they didn’t know. We only know how to love someone we know!

Short, sweet, and to the point (just like Dio himself).  Also, I thought I would make todays Daily Dio video about  the 'devil horns' that are apparently so scary to some people, and what they actually mean and how Dio came to using them.  This video clip is from "Metal: A Headbanger's Journey".

And of course it's time for some straight up Dio.  This song is from Dio's band, Dio, with guitarist, Vivian Campbell (Whitesnake), drummer, Vinnie Appice (Heaven N Hell), and Jimmy Bain on keys (Rainbow).  "Rainbow In the Dark" is one of Dio's dorkier songs, but it's use of making keyboards sound metal must be noted!
