Cheap(er) ticket alert

Turns out Live Nation has cut ALL service fees for tickets bought in the month of June.  Is this a sign of really poor sales, or a sign of them doing well?  I'd say it' because tickets are too pricey these days and sales are SHIT, but you tell me.
