Former Anthrax singer swings back into action & hits NYC

Dan Nelson is moving on after working for a year as Anthrax's new vocalist, recording an album with them, playing some major festivals, and then finally getting the shaft and having his album with the band canned.  I have no idea what happened behind the scenes there, but as everyone can see from the shit-slinging is that there is some bad blood.
So, its time for Dan to trudge on.  He's back behind the mic with 2 new bands.  The first is a 'garage rock meets metal' band called Inside Hollow.  They actually are new but rather newly reformed.  These guys played together prior to Dan's gig in Anthrax.   They have a show scheduled at Ace Of Clubs in NoHo, Manhattan for December 11th so that will be interesting to check out.
Dans others band has a little more hype behind it.  Blackgates consist of Paul Bostaph (Testament & Slayer fame) on drums, Uriah Duffy (Whitesnake) on bass, and Jeremy Epp on guitar.  Nothing has been released yet, but they have been working on this for a while now, so hopefully a site with a few songs will pop up soon.   Paul Bostaph alone will draw a lot of attention.
