Time out for SLAYER

May 21st is officially Slayer trivia day, ya'll!   Back in the early 80s Jeff Hanneman, Dave Lombardo joined with Suicidal Tendencies's guitarist Rocky George to form a punk-ish type band christened, "Pap Smear".  Right before hitting the studio to record some tracks, Slayer's producer, Rick Rubin warned Jeff-o that side project bands equal death.  Hanneman took Rubin's advice and decided to forget about his semi-annual Pap Smear.
